World Box Office Report Weekending 9th August 2015: Rogue Nation stays ahead of disappointing Fantastic Four

Mission:Impossible - Rogue Nation
At the world box office this week Fantastic Four tried its best to be the top film of the week but very poor reviews meant it made its debut at 2 keeping Mission:Impossible Rogue Nation at the top.

Rogue Nation took $94 million across the globe last week from 59 countries and to date has made $265.3 million in global takings.

Criticised from almost all critics the re-imaged Fantastic Four film could inly muster up $60.3 million from 44 countries, one of the lowest ever openings from a superhero movie.

Top grossing film on the list this week is Jurassic World which has taken an incredible $1.5 billion during its cinema run and the demand for the film still has it released in 64 countries.

Most impressive feat of the week is South Korean movie Veteran at number 7 with $15.2 million in global taking from just 1 country.
