Sequel movie Black Phone 2 starring Ethan Hawke makes its debut a top of the North American box office with a gross of over $27 Million.

The original movie took $23 Million in 2022 so this is in the same ballpark but it has improved as the original movie has gained popularity.

Last weeks top movie, TRON: Ares drop to number 2 this weekend after a single week at the top and has taken $54.5 Million so far, lower than the previous movie.
